Are your developers in-house or freelancers?
In-house. All 28 of them.
We don’t use freelancers or sub-contractors, ever. Every person who touches your project is a full-time member of our team. We’ve been building this team since 2013 so by now we know exactly who is good at what.
The practical difference for you is that there’s no handoff, no briefing someone new halfway through, and no waiting on replies. The person you talk to is the person building your site.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. We don’t ask for upfront payment.
We work on milestones. You pay as we hit agreed deliverables, not before. Most of our US clients also work with us through Upwork where your money sits in escrow until you’re happy with the work. If you’re not satisfied, you don’t pay.
We’ve been doing this for 13 years. We don’t need your money before we’ve earned it.
How do you handle time zones for US and Canadian clients?
We overlap with US Eastern and Pacific time. That’s intentional, not an accident.
Our team’s working hours are structured so US clients get responses during their morning. Average reply time on business days is under 2 hours. We’ve worked with US and Canadian clients since 2013 so the timezone thing has never been a real problem.

How long does a website take to build?
Depends on what you’re building. But here are real numbers.
A standard 5 to 8 page business website takes 10 to 18 business days. A WooCommerce or Shopify store takes 3 to 5 weeks. A membership site or LMS platform takes 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you provide support after the website launches?

Every project comes with 30 days of free support after launch. Bugs, tweaks, questions, we handle them. After that our monthly plans start at $299/mo and include daily backups, security monitoring, plugin updates, and 5 hours of dev time each month.

Do you sign NDAs?

Before we write a single line of code we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Your business information, designs, code, and client data stay completely private.
