Will you ever contact my clients directly?
Never. All communication goes through you. We do not contact your clients, send them emails, or reach out in any capacity. Your client relationship is yours and we have no interest in interfering with it.
This is not just our policy, it is written into the NDA we sign before starting. We are legally bound to work only through you.
What specific tech stack do you handle?
We specialize in custom WordPress architectures, Elementor troubleshooting, Shopify Liquid development, and deep Technical SEO (specifically Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed optimization).
How do I know my clients will not find out you built it?
We remove all traces of Webwalls from the deliverable before handing it over. Code comments, file names, admin panel branding, theme details, database prefixes, and plugin author information, everything is clean.
We have been doing white-label work for US and Canadian agencies since 2016. Many of those agencies have worked with us across 30, 40, and 50 plus projects. Not one client has ever found out. That track record is the best answer we can give you.
Can I see the work in progress before it is delivered?
Yes. Every project gets a private staging link from day one so you can review progress at any time without waiting for a formal handover. You also receive weekly Loom screen recording updates from your developer showing exactly what has been built that week.
You are always in the loop. We do not disappear and resurface at the deadline.
What if my client changes the brief halfway through?
Scope changes happen. When they do, we let you know immediately what the change means for cost and timeline before doing any extra work. You then decide how to handle it with your client.
We never just absorb extra scope quietly and then invoice at the end. Every change is discussed and agreed in writing first. That protects you as much as it protects us.
Do you offer volume discounts for agencies with regular work?
Yes. If you have consistent project volume, whether that is 2 to 3 projects a month or a steady pipeline of smaller tasks, we offer custom partnership pricing based on your total workload.
Several agencies have been working with us for 3 to 5 years on this basis. Book a call and we will work out an arrangement that makes sense for both sides.
What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?
Every project comes with 30 days of free post-delivery support. If a bug appears or something does not work as expected after your client receives the project, we fix it at no extra charge.
After 30 days, you can continue on our hourly rate at $20/hr or move to a monthly maintenance plan. Your clients get consistent support and you never have to worry about where to send them.
How do we communicate during a build?
We adapt to how your agency operates. You do not need to change your setup to work with us. Just add us to the relevant channels and we get to work.
We can work inside your existing Slack workspace, your project management tool like Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, whatever you use, and follow your internal workflows.
