Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward because our satisfaction guarantee is genuine.
Our commitment
We have maintained a 100% Job Success Score on Upwork across 1,500 plus projects and 13 years. That record exists because we stand behind our work. If you are not happy with what we deliver, we will fix it. If we cannot fix it to a standard you are satisfied with, we will refund you.
This is not a marketing line. It is how we have operated since 2013.
Fixed-price projects
Because we work on a milestone-based payment structure with no upfront payment, you only pay for work you have reviewed and approved at each stage.
If you are dissatisfied with a milestone delivery, notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will revise the work at no additional cost until it meets the agreed specification.
If after two rounds of revisions the work still does not meet the agreed specification, you are eligible for a full refund of the milestone payment in question.
Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable because the work has been reviewed and accepted. If you change your mind about a project after approving milestones, payments for those approved milestones are not eligible for refund.
Hourly work
Hourly work is billed weekly based on time reports. If you believe time was logged incorrectly or work was not completed as described in the task, notify us within 7 days of the invoice date.
We will review the time log and work completed. If an error is confirmed, we will issue a credit or refund for the disputed hours. We have never had a verified dispute of this nature in our operating history, but the process is here if you ever need it.
$99 risk-free trial
The $99 trial covers 5 hours of real WordPress or Shopify work. If you are not 100% satisfied with the output, we will refund the full $99 with no questions asked.
To request a refund for the trial, email hello@webwalls.in within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.
Maintenance plans
Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date with no cancellation fee.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
If the maintenance work delivered in a given month does not meet the agreed scope, notify us within 14 days and we will correct it or credit the relevant amount to your next invoice.
Upwork projects
For projects completed through Upwork, refund disputes are handled through Upwork’s dispute resolution process. Upwork’s escrow system provides an additional layer of protection — funds held in escrow are only released when you approve the work.
Our preference is always to resolve any issue directly and informally before any formal process becomes necessary.
How to request a refund
Email hello@webwalls.in with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your project name, the specific work or milestone in question, and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. We will either revise the work, issue a credit, or process a refund depending on the situation.
We do not make refund requests difficult. If you have a legitimate concern, we want to hear it and fix it.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available for approved and accepted work that you later decide you do not want, changes in business direction or project cancellation after milestones have been approved, or third-party costs such as plugin licences, hosting fees, or domain registrations that we purchased on your behalf.
If a project is cancelled by you after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of cancellation.
