We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, health information, or government identification numbers.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries and deliver project proposals, communicate about your project throughout the engagement, send invoices and process payments, and occasionally send project updates or relevant service information if you have opted in.
We use automatically collected data to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use this data to build individual profiles or for targeted advertising.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.
We share information only where necessary to deliver our services. This includes team members working directly on your project, payment processors such as Upwork for transaction handling, and service providers who help us operate — such as our email platform and scheduling tool. We keep project-related information for a minimum of 5 years after project completion for business and legal record-keeping purposes. Contact enquiries that do not result in a project are retained for 12 months.
If you would like your information removed earlier, you can request this at any time by emailing hello@webwalls.in. We will confirm deletion within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain the data.
Our website uses cookies for basic analytics to understand visitor behaviour. These are not used to track you across other websites or build advertising profiles.
