Do I really pay nothing upfront?
Correct. We do not ask for any payment before starting work. For fixed-price projects we work on agreed milestones and you pay as we hit each one. For hourly work you pay weekly after seeing the time report. We also work through Upwork where your money sits in escrow until you approve the work.
What is included in the $999 starting price?
$999 covers a standard 5 to 8 page custom WordPress build including design, development, mobile-responsive layout, basic SEO setup, and 30 days of post-launch support. More complex projects cost more. We scope everything clearly and give you a fixed price before you agree to anything.
What if my project needs more than we agreed?
We discuss scope changes before doing any extra work, never after. If you want to add something beyond the original agreement we tell you what it costs first and you decide whether to proceed. No surprise invoices. Ever.
Which maintenance plan should I choose?
Depends on what you’re building. But here are real numbers.
A standard 5 to 8 page business website takes 10 to 18 business days. A WooCommerce or Shopify store takes 3 to 5 weeks. A membership site or LMS platform takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Before we start any project you get a specific timeline in writing, not a range like “6 to 12 weeks.” We’ve built 1,500 plus sites. We know how long things take.
Can I switch or cancel my maintenance plan?

Every project comes with 30 days of free support after launch. Bugs, tweaks, questions, we handle them. After that our monthly plans start at $149/mo and include daily backups, security monitoring, plugin updates, and few hours of dev time each month.
